Psychoactive Substances Bill passes third and final reading in Parliament

The third and final reading of the Psychoactive Substances Bill has just passed and will be signed in to law next week.

Unfortunately the Minister has caved to moral panic and the transition period has been reduced from 18 months to just three.

The result is very likely to be the underground market that the Select Committee was trying to avoid.
